Give yourselves a moment to celebrate! For our guests 21+ let us know the nature of the celebration or request your favorite variety. We'll make sure the bottle is chilled and glasses are ready.

Add fun and laughter to date night or family day with a selection of yard games and activities that will keep kids and adults alike entertained for hours!
Photography
Capture every special moment of your picnic with professional photography services that will make time stand still. A must-add for proposals, surprise parties, anniversaries, gender reveals, and more.

Elevate the ambiance of your picnic with a curated music selection that sets the tone of the whole experience. Provide your own playlist or allow us to compile our favorites to be played over our professional sound system.

Extend your day or evening picnic in additional 30 minute increments. Same-day extensions cannot be guaranteed, so be sure to book your preferred start and end times in advance!
FAQ
Where to Picnic
At this time, The Picnic Poet is authorized to provide beautiful picnic experiences in Mary Jo Peckham Park in Katy, Texas. If another local location is preferred, we are able to curate personalized picnics at your home, office, wellness center, pickup truck bed (a date night favorite!), private pavilion, or other location you have permission to use.
Rescheduling
We understand things happen and your experience may need to be delayed. You may reschedule up to 48 hours before your picnic start time at no cost. Your picnic must be paid in full to reschedule. Due to scheduling and preparation costs, we are unable to refund or reschedule picnics less than 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations
Same day cancellations are not permitted. If you are late to your start time, a picnic is considered cancelled after 30 minutes and will not be refundable or transferrable to another date. Please plan for traffic!
Inclement Weather
In the event of inclement weather, an option will be offered to be moved inside a location that you provide, or you will receive a credit to reschedule your picnic.
Food Delivery
Show them you care by having their favorite restaurant meal delivered directly to your picnic! You may order food from your favorite delivery app and have it delivered to your picnic location for us to set up for a 20% setup fee. Food must be delivered 20 minutes prior to start time of your picnic.

Surprise your loved ones with the gift of a curated outdoor experience. Contact us at info@thepicnicpoet.com to purchase a picnic experience for a special couple or family. Design your own picnic package or allow us to put together a memorable luxury event for them.
Book Your Picnic
To book your picnic experience, kindly fill out the form below at least 48 hours before your requested start time and one of our Poets will follow up with a formal quote and details of your event.
Picnic availability is limited so we highly recommend booking as early in advance as possible, especially if you have a large party, catering request, or need many customized features.

Monday - Friday: 4:00pm-9:00pm*
Saturday and Sunday: 7:30am - 9:00pm*
*Due to park rules, all picnics held at Mary Jo Peckham park must end by 7:30pm. Picnics held at other locations (pickup or car picnic, beach, home, etc.) must end by 9:00pm for the safety of our Poets.
